November Issue

A Message From Lou!

Thank You for a wonderful 2015! I was blessed to spend the last year traveling the world, meeting new friends, and teaching others about food and nutrition!

I am excited to watch PuraDyme and the 4 Principles spread worldwide! PuraDyme products have now been approved in New Zealand and are now available to order direct! We are working hard to get our products available to everyone worldwide!

My goal in the New Year is to continue working on and completing video tutorials! It is a lot of work, but something I feel is beneficial to everyone! I look forward to another great year with everyone! Make sure to keep track of the events calendar and come see me if I am around your area!

Much love and blessings!    ~Lou Corona

Hummus Recipe By Dan The Man!

The Best Hummus Recipe Online!

1 Cup Puradyme Natural Protein Powder
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
4 Tbs. Lime Juice
4 Cloves Garlic
1 Cup Chopped Fresh Basil
2-4 Tbs. Pure Water
2 Tsp. Pink Salt
Dash Cayenne
(Optional 1/2 avocado or 1/2 cup olives)

Purée in food processor with S blade to reach desired consistency. Use as a dip, dressing or spread.

I have been a chef my entire life and a raw vegan chef for 15 years and this is one of the best recipes I have to share. The Puradyme protein powder is off the hook. It tastes awesome, has an amazing consistency, is super nutrient dense, made with pea and hemp protein the easily absorbable amino acids gets your muscles pumped up and balances your brain out. I gained 5 pounds of muscle in the last few weeks eating this every night. This protein powder is awesome because it contains a colonizing protein digesting probiotic which helps digest all proteins in the GI tract and a protease enzyme which helps with the breakdown and absorption of all essential amino acids. It also contains goji berry protein which stimulates human growth hormone production. Trust me when I tell you, you and your family will love this stuff. It tastes delicious right out of the bag or you can add it to entrees, soups, dressings, dips, tapenade or crackers. I like the above recipe with celery sticks and cucumber chips.
