Chen Porat (pictured), CEO of Endobetix, will be in Chicago from May 3-6 to attend the DDW (Digestive Disease Week).
Endobetix (a portfolio company of AICC member Trendlines) is developing a minimally invasive, nonsurgical implant to treat type 2 diabetes and obesity that mimics the hormonal benefits offered by bariatric surgery. The Endobetix Bile Diversion Device diverts secretions to the small intestine and induces the release of key hormones to improve glucose tolerance and reduce fat absorption. The result: remission of diabetes and improved weight loss.
Angel investors are welcome. If you are interested in meeting with Chen, please contact Andi Chai, Senior Bus. Development Consultant of Trendlines Medical - Misgav. Andi's mobile number is +972.50.877.7010. Click here for more information about Endobetix.
