Member Participation Application Info & Deadlines
Dear BIA members,
This is a reminder to submit your summer events application to the BIA if you haven't done so already. There has been an extension granted to submit the summer events application form by Friday May 25, 2018 by 4 p.m.

Midnight Madness July 13
Songs of Summer August 10 & 11
SUMMER EVENTS PARTICIPATION FORM
In order to complete the application process you must
submit your insurance certificate with the Town of Oakville located at 1225 Trafalgar Rd Oakville, On L6H 0H3 listed as an additional insurer, to the BIA. For businesses who have submitted the summer events participation form but have not submitted insurance, you must submit this to the BIA office by Friday May 25, 2018 by 4 p.m.
If you have food as a part of your activation - including selling, extended patios, sampling, etc. you must
submit a Food Vendor Application. See link below.
If you are doing an extended patio and wish to serve alcohol you must
submit a Temporary Extension Application - Liquor Sales Licence to the BIA by Tuesday May 29, 2018 by 4 p.m.
