Reminder: Tree Lighting Food Market Participation 


DUE DATE: This application needs to be sent back to the BIA office by Thursday November 9 at Noon in order to apply for Halton Region Food Vendor permits for this event.

Dear BIA members,

The Tree Lighting Ceremony and Christmas Market are just around the corner and we are looking for restaurants to participate! 

Member Food Market
Participation Fee: $0.00 
This vendor space is NEW to the Tree Lighting Ceremony event. The BIA is looking for business interested in selling food that requires warming trays or cooking stations (i.e. Grills and hot plates). If you are selling baked good or prepacked items that do not require cooking/ warmth on site please select BIA Member Holiday Market. If you are a business that has the ability to utilize a food truck please feel free to contact the BIA Event Coordinator further for details.
 
The business is responsible for providing their own booth equipment (i.e. tents, tables, etc.) and must follow standard procedures for proper tent weighting, Halton Food Services Application and Town of Oakville food permits. For more information please contact the Event Coordinator from the BIA for additional information.
