Hello My Friends!

As many of you know, I offer free meditation classes each week as a way of giving back to my community. In the spirit of #GivingTuesday, I'd love to turn this into Meditate on Giving. From now until the end of 2018, each week, I invite those who attend my Wednesday meditation classes to meditate on what they think this meditation class is worth to them, and then whatever amount they come up with that feels appropriate, to give that to my donation jar that I'll have in my office. I will match your donations (up to $1k) and together we will help the fire victims of the recent Camp Fire. Together, let's meditate for a good cause.

This will also hold true for those attending my Gratitude Workshop on Friday 11/30, from 12-1, and also the "Let Your Sh*t Go" Ritual, Release & Meditation on Friday 12/28, from 10-11am. Registration for meditation classes and workshops are below.

And, if you are not local, but would love to join our movement to Meditate on Giving, please feel free to donate to my Venmo account (@joreerose33) with the "#meditateongiving" and I'll be sure to add that to our donations.

Together, we can make a mindful difference.
~Joree
