Tip: Don't wait until tomorrow to realign with your intentions
Hi!

Has this ever happened to you?

You wake up. You set really good intentions (eat healthy, exercise, get to-do list done...).

And then something derails you and your intentions are blown out the window?

This happens to me all the time. (Especially today when those Cheezits just tasted so good and threw my healthy eating completely off course!)

It is so easy to let the whole day to be considered a loss and tell yourself "Oh well...I'll try again tomorrow!"

And then the next day is likely a repeat in some way...Am I right?? (I really know I'm not alone here!)

So here's the mindful response: Don't let missing the mark screw up your whole day. Allow it to have been a slip in that moment and then choose to realign with your intentions again in the next moment.

So just because you ate the chips doesn't mean you have to go eat a whole pizza and a pint of Ben & Jerry's (so to speak).

Stay present...eat the chips, enjoy the chips, savor it, don't judge yourself for it, and then go back to your intentions for the rest of the day.
