Wow! It's been a long time since I've reached out to all of you, and I hope that this message finds you well!
These past few months have been really busy - my private practice is at full capacity, I led my first retreat (which was a great success and professional dream come true!!), and I've also been behind the scenes with some big changes that I'm going to be launching in 2019, so stay tuned for all the exciting news I have to share with you!! I will give you this...if you're interested in coming with me on a life-changing, transformational journey, you're going to want to hold the dates of Sept. 11-14, 2019 or Oct. 13-16, 2019...but you'll have to wait for all the exciting details, coming soon!! :)
In the meantime, I offer to you some tips of bringing more gratitude into your daily lives during this holiday season. Here are 3 unique ways to allow gratitude to shift your mindset, mood and energy:

- Dwell on what is going right in your life - we are wired to focus on the negative, so intentionally look for the good, and really bask in it!!
- Say it out loud to someone - thinking about what you're grateful for and verbalizing are two different things. Say it out loud will help you to own in and believe it. Don't worry - it won't make you boastful...it'll role model to others to share good news (which we could all use more of these days!)
- Help others - when we can shift our attention away from ourselves and choose to give to others, it helps make us feel amazing inside, and can create a more positive mindset shift in our own lives.
