Tip: Journey Forward with Me
Hi friends! 
I hope this message finds you healthy, and doing well. Here in the Bay Area we have now been in Shelter in Place for over a week, and I know it's bringing up a lot of emotions, fear, overwhelming thoughts and anxieties. Not to mention, logistics as to know be a full-time stay-at-home parent if you have kids. And I know you know this, but keeping your mental and emotional health a priority will increase your immune system, helping you stay healthy overall.

It's a lot...I know. And I'm holding space for all of you.

As a marriage and family therapist, and mindfulness and meditation teacher, I wanted to let you know that I’m offering daily/weekly tools, practices and meditations for you all.
All of this is going to take place in my Journey Forward Facebook group. Anyone can join - just click on the link in the further down in this message.
Weekly schedule:
