Hi Friends!

I hope this message finds you healthy and beginning to adjust to our new normal of the kids having online school, sheltering in place, and working remotely. It all got weird fast, didn't it?!

For some people this feels like a stay-cation, and they are managing quite well, and are grateful for this gift of time to slow down and connect with themselves and their families.

And for others, this is leading to an increase of stress, anxiety, overwhelm, fear, irritability, and anger.

Whatever you are experiencing is normal. may vacillate between the two; ease one minute and fear the next. It can change moment-to-moment or even day-to-day. It's all normal.

Allow your experience to be yours, without comparison to how you were yesterday, or to how your family or friends are managing through this pandemic.

Just be sure to approach each moment with compassion for yourself, and those around you, who may be coping differently.

I know that his wisdom episode offers so much that we all need to hear right now on how to best manage our challenges and when life throws curve-balls.
