Tip: Is Your Fear Real?

I'm someone who loves acronyms, visuals, or shortcuts for remembering or understanding deep concepts or ideas.

And I'm someone who also used to get really stuck in believing my thoughts and believed my fears were reality-based.

So if you can relate to me, then you'll appreciate this tip for helping you see things as they are, versus how you think you are seeing them.

Next time you are stuck in fear, in thoughts of the unknown or your mind is wandering to the dark side, here's a great reminder to help give you greater clarity. It's a another way of look at the word FEAR:


Our minds are really creative! Not only do we com up with thoughts that feel real, but we actually act on them as if they are a reality. Let's stop that bad habit. It's not serving you.

Hopefully this acronym helps you to see it all more clearly.
