Tip: Whatever you feel is perfectly okay
This is the most important thing I want you to know right now: whatever you feel is normal.
It's okay to not feel okay
It's okay if you are not being productive
It's okay if you and your kids are going to bed way too late and sleeping in
It's okay to not have a routine or schedule each day
It's okay to not want to get out of your pajamas or even shower every day
It's okay to feel sad, overwhelmed, confused, scared, anxious or angry
It's okay to forget what normalcy looks like
It's okay to let your kids know that you don't have all the answers and you don't have to pretend to
It's okay to be honest with yourself and your kids on how you are doing
It's okay to cry and ask for a hug
It's okay to ask for space and want to be alone
It's okay to feel okay
It's okay to enjoy being home and not wanting to go out
It's okay to not feel afraid or anxious
It's okay to like having your kids home
It's okay to feel like this is a gift of time
It's okay to feel accomplished, productive and thriving in your business
It's okay to feel whatever you feel. Don't judge yourself, and most importantly don't judge others.
Allow each day, or even each moment, be what it is.
Stay healthy. Stay safe. Stay sane.
