Happy Summer! I hope you find opportunity to slow down, enjoy the warm weather and soak in the season with family and friends.

I've been doing lots of live videos on Facebook (link below if you don't follow me) on what I'm calling the Two Minute Meditation. I've debunked 10 myths of meditation - all the factors that usually stop people before they start; I want to give you the tools to make meditation attainable and integrated into your daily life. Soon I'm going to start doing guided meditations, so be sure to check it out if you're interested.

I've also got lots of new offerings that I know many of you will be excited about. 

I've been asked for years when I was going to be doing online classes, and they are finally here! I also revamped and upgraded my FREE guide to help you get unstuck and move forward in your life, and I'm confident that you'll find this framework helpful. I think this is my new favorite word. Metanoia...the journey of changing one's mind, heart, self or way of life. This word sums up all the work that I do and what I guide my clients in. It's a journey. It's not an overnight fix. It's not a pop-psych "Oh this sounds like a good idea, so I'll try that!" But it's not just doing the work to just get you unstuck; it's about moving you forward. It's about creating the YOU you've always wanted to be. And this journey will lead you to many beautiful mindsets, new outlooks, deeper compassion for yourself and others, creation of habits and patterns that serve you and your highest purpose, tools for lasting happiness, and more!

All the work I do is evidence-based in research that shows that change, growth and happiness are all possible and attainable. It's important to understand that to get to where you want to be requires accepting where you are. It's the wisdom to know what you can and can not change, and how to relate in a more effective way to what is difficult. So, allow me to guide you in metanoia...are you ready???
Online Class: Everyday Integration - Mindfulness. Mindset. Momentum.
This 6-week class will guide you through cultivating (or deepening) a mindfulness practice, while learning to develop a healthy mindset to allow you forward momentum to live fully, freely, and authentically, free of stress, anxiety and worry. We will meet virtually each week for a one-hour live call (don’t worry – if you miss it, you can get the replay!). I will have “handouts” for each week, you will have exclusive access to weekly live meditations guided by me, and there will also be some “homework” to deepen the tools in between classes. Classes start on Monday July 16, at 10am PST.

Online Class: "I want to stop yelling!" Mindful Parenting Class

It is possible to: have effective discipline that WORKS, role model the behaviors you wish to see in your kids, find the peace and joy, slow down, be present and not worry about what is next, respond and not react, manage your expectations of your kids, your partner, and yourself, decrease yelling, frustration, anger and resentment, enjoy the process and not just wait for it to be over. I promise!

This 6-week class will provide you all these tools and MORE!! Each week there will be a live class (but don’t worry – if you miss it, you can watch the replay!), “homework”, weekly downloads that augment what I cover during our class, and opportunity for Q&A so I can relate what I’m teaching directly to YOU!
