Happy Monday!

I wanted to let you know that I've been working hard behind the scenes and in this newsletter I'm going to be letting you know of some awesome upcoming changes and offerings I have to share, so be sure to read all the way down so you don't miss anything.

The first Monday of the month, I will send out a traditional newsletter, like I have been doing, complete with a new blog article to read (scroll down to read what it means to Journey Forward). But most importantly, this is where you will get the updates on any upcoming classes, workshops, meditations I've added to my website, retreats, or any other awesomeness sprinkled with pixie dust that I can offer to you to bring more mindfulness into your life.

And then...here's what's going to be new: Each Wednesday morning, expect a WisdomWednesday message to be waiting for you in your inbox. This will be a short, bite-sized, supercharged, easily-attainable and relatable, and most importantly, easy to integrate, tool for you to Journey Forward and live your best life.

#WisdomWednesday tips will cover all areas of mindfulness, meditation, mindset, habits, patterns, self-care, soul-care, relationship goals, communication tips, parenting tools, spirituality...the list will go on and on... Basically, it'll be a solid nugget of wisdom (most of which is research-based; some might be based on wisdom I've learned on my journey) that you can use to help you get unstuck from whatever is holding you back from living fully, freely and authentically.

But, I did want to offer to you the #1 best way to have success in your day and to start your week off the right way. 


I invite you to take a moment and take 3 mindful breaths. Slowly breathe in and exhale out all that you want to let go of, all that you've been carrying, or anything that will get in the way of your week starting off in a calm and peaceful way. So go ahead...I'll be here when you're done :)

How did that feel?

Slowing down is something that we all need to do, and yet it's often the one thing we forget to do most, especially when we are stressed and overwhelmed.

I want you to be able to associate my name, or when you see an email from me in your inbox, as a reminder to slow down, breathe, be present, aware and self-compassionate.

So, I hope you enjoy the upcoming WisdomWednesday messges. Are you excited to get them? Cause I'm excited to share!! I've got so much to share and it's taken me years to organize all that I want to offer...so as a teaser, stay tuned, cause I'm going to be rolling out some exciting stuff between now and the end of the 2019. This is all to help set the stage for 2020 being your best year ever!

Are you ready to live your best life?? Well, let's start (or continue) to build the foundation for all that you desire to manifest. It's all possible and I'm here to be your guide.

I've just updated my calendar for now through December! Here's what I'm offering onsite at the Bay Area Mindfulness and Therapy Center:
  • Wednesday Meditations, 12:15-1pm; fee is donation-based
  • Friday Workshops, 12:30-1:30pm; $50

I’m being aware – now what??
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, #93545 and founder of the Bay Area Mindfulness and Therapy Center, in Northern California. I host  JOURNEY FORWARD WITH JOREE ROSE, the podcast, offer online courses in mindfulness and meditation, works with people 1:1 (both virtually and in-person) and leads retreats around the world. At the root of all my work, I guide my clients to JOURNEY FORWARD, which means getting unstuck from what’s not working in your life (habits, patterns, outdated stories you are living by, relationships or jobs that are no longer serving you) and gaining the tools, shifting your mindset and integrating science-backed frameworks that will lead to lasting change towards your authentic happiness, peace and joy. I have taken the Journey Forward, and am a living example of the tools I teach. I believe that change and growth is possible and authentic happiness is attainable!
