Tip: It May Not Be Try Harder, It's Try Different
So often we believe that with hard work, we'll get the outcome we desire.

But is this always true??

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over again and expecting a different outcome. So don't continue to try harder in the same patterns that aren't working for you.

And what point can you ask yourself, "Is it time to try something different?"

Trying different may not be as dramatic as you may think - if you're struggling in your relationship, trying different doesn't imply to get a new partner.

Trying different may just mean to try a new pattern of communication to approach the challenge in a new way; or perhaps
shift your view in which you've been seeing your problem, or even shift your expectations of the outcome.

As 2020 approaches, I invite you to start reflecting on what you can do to create the shift you need to make this new year not only your best year yet, but the one in which you begin to step into your own power to create the life you really want to be living.
