Hello my friends!!


So it's been a busy start to 2019...

I've finally gotten all the amazing details ready to launch my retreats for 2019!!! Woo-hoo!!!! Confetti drop!!

Leading retreats was a professional dream turned reality last September, when I lead a group of 10 women on a transformational journey to the amazing, serene, gorgeous Miraval Resort in Tucson, AZ.

In 2019, I am going to be leading not one, but two retreats!! Journey Forward to Self-Compassion at the Miraval Resort. I will be taking a group of women back to Tucson, Sept. 8-11, 2019, and another group of women to Miraval's brand new location (just opened last month!!) in Austin, TX, Oct. 13-16, 2019!! I can't wait!!!! Are you getting excited??

This Journey Forward to Self-Compassion will be 4 days and 3 nights of giving yourself the best gift you could receive all year. The benefits will last you a lifetime and you won't want to miss out. I'm in the midst of a 21-day online meditation challenge - today marks day 7 - in which we are finishing our first 7 days of developing a foundation of meditation, by connecting to our breath for at least 30-seconds each day.

Once this is established, we are ready to move on to the 3 steps that I do each morning and I'll show you how to bring it into your life. I promise - it will benefit your life in so many positive ways!!
