Tip: Have Compassion For What You Aren't Getting Done
 
Hi!

So it is ironic that this week my tip was going to be having compassion for what you aren't getting done right now.

And, I happened to forget to schedule to send out the WisdomWednesday email.

I could have gotten mad at myself, but that wouldn't have solved the problem.

Or, I could choose compassion for myself that there is a lot going on (and I happen to be busier than I've been in a long time), and that emotions and stress are present, and motivation is ebbing and flowing.

I always choose the route of compassion.

It's easy to see other people online completing lots of projects, organizing their entire house, and working from home while homeschooling the kids...

And I just want to remind you that you are running no one else's race but your own. Let it be okay with wherever you are at, and know that all that is going on right now is not permanent.

How you choose to respond to the challenge of each moment is a choice.

Choose the response that serves you best. Be kind, be compassionate and take it one day at a time.

Stay healthy. Stay safe. Stay sane.
