Helloooo!!!! Long time no talk!

So, as I was preparing this newsletter for you, I saw what I wrote to you last time, and ironically, I am going to keep the same intro because it's 100% exactly where I'm still here it is:

"Hi Friends!! It has been a super long time since I have sent out a newsletter, and there is no other excuse than I've been busy, but have also needed a bit of a break from social media. Insert self-compassion :) "

The past few months have been full of world travel, growth, expansion, illness, healing, business development, deep insight, struggle, resilience, beauty, disconnection, connection, closure, rites of passage, awareness, acceptance, breathing, release, adrenaline, has been what one might say to be full catastrophe living (a phrase taken from patriarch of American modern mindfulness, Jon Kabat-Zinn.) I'm nothing if not authentic in practicing what I preach, so I will share that amidst this full living expression, the two practices that kept me present and grounded: mindfulness and self-compassion. Both of which you know I teach; both of which are not always easy to implement when you need it most. But I'm happy to share that I am in fact human; in some moments I was more present than others, but I can say with 1000% honesty that if I didn't have a baseline for my practices, these past few months would have been 10x harder.
