Happy Monday!

I'm super excited to share that this past week I got two great mentions in the media!!!

On NBCNews, I'm quoted in an article on how to not let chores get in the way of your marriage. If you and your partner ever argue about how to load the dishwasher or who's turn it is with the laundry or taking out the garbage, then you'll want to read this article. This is important, because despite what we may think, it's actually hard to sweat the small stuff. This is where resentments grow from.

And on the website ScaryMommy, almost the entire article is based on my quotes in talking about how to know when a marriage on the brink is worth saving, as well as what to do in a sexless marriage, and how to heal after infidelity. It's really great content, that I think anyone married should read it, and you can check it out here.

And also this past week's podcast episode got more feedback than any of the others so far...I talk with writer and sex researcher, Melanie Curtin, and she gave a titillating conversation about how to communicate with your partner about your sexual needs. It's really awesome content that anyone who wants to create better intimacy with their partner would want to know. You can listen to it here, and if it speaks to you, please let me know by leaving a rating or review!

What Does it Mean to Journey Forward Anyways??
The Time I Went to the ER in Paris
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, #93545 and founder of the Bay Area Mindfulness and Therapy Center, in Northern California. I host  JOURNEY FORWARD WITH JOREE ROSE, the podcast, offer online courses in mindfulness and meditation, works with people 1:1 (both virtually and in-person) and leads retreats around the world. I also have two mindfulness books for kids published, speak locally and nationally, as well as lead corporate trainings in mindfulness. At the root of all my work, I guide my clients to JOURNEY FORWARD, which means getting unstuck from what’s not working in your life (habits, patterns, outdated stories you are living by, relationships or jobs that are no longer serving you) and gaining the tools, shifting your mindset and integrating science-backed frameworks that will lead to lasting change towards your authentic happiness, peace and joy. I have taken the Journey Forward, and am a living example of the tools I teach. I believe that change and growth is possible and authentic happiness is attainable!
