September is Self-Care Awareness Month!
What do you do to take care of yourself? Likely, many of the things that first come to mind might have to do with your physical health or well-being, such as eating right, exercising and getting enough sleep. All that's important, but I want to help you delve deeper into the self-care that will affect your overall health, like your emotional and mental well-being.
