This year is one of many “firsts” for St. John’s at our new church home. We celebrated our first Christmas, our first wedding, our first baptisms and confirmations, our first community meal, our first PIE Sunday – and this coming Sunday: our first Annual Congregational Meeting.
We will start that Sunday with a brief service, take a break for lunch and to set up for the meeting, and aim to start our meeting around 11:30 AM.
We strongly encourage you to join us in person if you can, especially if you wish to participate in discussions and/or have questions you’d like to ask. However, should that be challenging for you, there will also be the option to attend (and vote) online via Zoom.

Annual Meeting - March 26 - How to Participate & Vote
We hope you will join us after our church service on Sunday, March 26, 2023, for our Annual Meeting both in-person and by Zoom! The Agenda for the meeting can be found here, and a brief Nominating Committee Report to reconfirm members of the Official Board and our Region 15 Representatives isfound here. The 2022 Annual Report can be downloadedhere. If you'd like a paper copy, just email Connie at office@stjohnsunited.com and we'll make arrangements.
Child care will be provided during the meeting so that parents with children can attend. We hope that everyone who is able to stay will take comfort in knowing that there is programming for the younger children in the annex until the meeting concludes. Special thanks to Ria, Aubrey and Brooke, for stepping into this role!

Please leave your microphone on “mute” and turn your camera on.
If you wish to add something to the discussion, please type your comment(s) in the chat box, and the facilitator host will read it out loud in the main space.
If you wish to say something, please let the online facilitator know in the comments box. When you’re invited to speak, unmute your mic, briefly share your thoughts, and mute your mic again.
To vote, simply follow the online prompts on your screen. Only the online facilitator can see the votes cast, and will inform the Chair of the results.
