Use this shiny new tool at your next oyster tasting!
Introducing the Pangea Tasting Wheel
Trust us, we know how hard it can be to differentiate between oysters. Building an oyster menu when all your oysters seem to be "briny with a clean finish" is boring and frustrating.

Use our tasting wheel to help navigate and identify interesting flavor notes. Be open-minded and let the wheel spark your imagination. Get our wheel below and learn why we created it.

As we progress through winter, some of our Canadian growers come online to help out with supply. We're always excited to see New Brunswick oysters during this time of year. Try the Little Shemogues from Little Shemogue Bay or Cape Spear Salts from the southeast shores of New Brunswick. These tide tumbled oysters are beautiful and consistent.

It's that time of year again! The Boston Seafood Expo is right around the corner. We will be at the same location as last year, Booth 2824, so please drop by and say hello. Get access to free registration here. If you have any questions, please contact Connie. We look forward to seeing you at the show!

Mussel and White Bean Salad
To showcase our Hollander & de Koning mussels, Bekah whipped up a fabulous original salad with tons of fresh herbs and textures. This salad can be served warm (Connie's preference) or chilled. Get the recipe here

Did you know science has shown that oysters are aphrodisiacs? Slurp a few back this Valentine's Day!
