We excitedly attended the Seafood Expo North America this year among a sea booths from all over the world. Not to be outdone, we had our display shined up and our knowledgeable crew there. Our newest team member Stu has a summary of the event, so even if you were not able to come, you will have an idea of what it was all about!

Spring is here,so let's put it on a plate! We took some Salten Rock oysters, gave them a bath in warm butter, and nestled them in a bed of asparagus and morel mushrooms. Click here for the recipe.
