It's Wintah heah in Maine,
and the gentle breezes blow
Seventy Miles an houah, at thirty-five below
Oh how I love Maine,
when the snow's up to ya ass.
Ya try to go outside but ya freeze up wicked fast.
The weathah heah is wondahful,
So I guess I'll hang around.
I couldn't leave if I wanted....
I'm frozen to the ground!
Unlike the originator of this poem (which I haven't been able to source) I will be getting "outtah heah" in mid-December. Though we're keeping our little Maine cabin, I'll be looking for what will be my 30th abode in the big city just before my 30th birthday! Any recommendations for favorite spots, galleries, and intros to friends/possible employers/landlords are much appreciated...
