MAMILY MEAL Our next MAMILY meal is our Homecoming Sunday, September 18th. We need help with set up/tear down, serving and of course food! The church will provide fried chicken and we are asking for salads and sides. If you'd like to sign up to do any or all of the above please sign up in the narthex or click here.
Drawing on her lifelong journey to know her family’s history, leading Christian activist Lisa Sharon Harper recovers the beauty of her heritage, exposes the brokenness that race has wrought in America, and casts a vision for collective repair. This is a book you don't want to miss. Scan the QR Code.

The Colossian Forum 10-Week Bible Study
The Colossian Forum has developed a 10-week Bible Study that we would like to offer at Maple Ave. In a time of deep division between Christians, the Colossian Way is a small group series built on hope. The name comes from the hope-filled proclamation of Colossians 1:17: In Christ, all things hold together. Participants in the Colossian way take up the practice of gathering together and loving God and one another while engaging in challenging issues. There is a book we will order for those interested in participating. Please sign up on the sheet in the narthex or email 427mam@gmail.com if you'd like to participate. We will be purchasing the book on September 5. This Bible study will begin Sunday, September 11th following the worship service. There will be refreshments and childcare provided.
