Accessing the Event
The Post Oak Hotel at Uptown Houston has two entrances; one for the hotel (main entrance) and a side entrance for events (to the left of the main entrance on the side of the hotel. We will be using the side event entrance for the event. Check-In will be just inside the lobby of the event entrance.
Parking
Valet is available at $8 per car. If you do not wish to valet, we recommend carpooling or using a ride share. Self-park is also available in a garage to the right of the main entrance.
VIP Reception
Our VIP Reception will be held on the 2nd Floor. VIPs may start arriving as early as 10:30 AM and the event will start at 10:45 AM. The 2nd Floor is accessible via stairs or elevators. There will be volunteers and directional signage to help guide you. We will have VIP wristbands at check-in to distinguish access to the VIP Reception.
Freeway Closure
Northbound and southbound mainlanes of I-69/US-59 at I-610 West Loop will be closed this weekend. Please plan accordingly.
