I hope you’ve had a peaceful start to 2021. 

On behalf of Tenants Victoria, I have a small favour to ask of you. Please help inform our continued advocacy for Victoria’s renters by sharing or filling out the linked short survey. 

Leading up to March, as key COVID-19 rental protections expire and we transition to the new Residential Tenancies Act, our organisation will continue to speak up for our state’s two million renters, many of whom have faced challenges with loss of jobs and hours.

About our new survey

Victoria currently has special measures in place to assist renters who’ve lost income due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

If you've had a rent reduction dispute, or applied to register a rent reduction or deferral agreement, and been referred to the Residential Tenancies Dispute Resolution Scheme (RTDRS), we want to hear your feedback. What was your experience? Was the process fair? How long did it take?

The survey is now open and takes only a few minutes to complete.
