Discounted registration ends on MONDAY! Get the chance to work with UC Davis's own winemaker Chik Brenneman, who is developing unique mead samples for our course.

Before coming to UC Davis, Chik was the Production Lab Manager for Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi Winery. He has worked as cellar master for Amador Foothill Winery, and Domaine de la Terre Rouge, in the Shenandoah Valley.
