California Master Beekeeping Course
Apprentice Level 2016
The California Master Beekeeper Program uses science based information to educate stewards and ambassadors for honey bees and beekeeping.

The program is directed by Dr. Elina Niño and supervised by Bernardo Niño with support from the Honey & Pollination Center and other lead members in the industry.
Program Requirements
  1. Must be a beekeeper with at least one registered bee hive where possible and at least one year of beekeeping experience
  2. Participants must be at least 15 years of age or older
  3. Participants must pass written and practical exams at a 75% level
  4. Earn educational credits by performing Beneficial Educational Experiences (BEE's)
At any time, you may choose to discontinue your participation. As long as you continue yoru BEE participation you will maintain your active status.
