Thank You for 20 Years!

We are so thankful for the opportunity to celebrate 20 years of service to Ripley County. At our annual dinner we were pleased to recognize many organizations who contribute so significantly to our community. We were also excited to recognize our scholarship recipients, including:

Seth Schutte and Austin Prickel were awarded the Matt Gutzwiller Memorial Scholarship which was established with the Ripley County Community Foundation by Jeanie Gutzwiller in Memory of her son Matt.

Jazmin Blanco received the Corinne’s Believers Memorial Scholarship. Janice and Roger Lamping presented the Scholarship, which was established with the Ripley County Community Foundation in Memory of their daughter Corinne.

Sally Morris Impact Grant Awarded!

Main Street Versailles members Roxanne Meyer, Mary McCarty, Holly Harley and Jared Rogers received the award for the Versailles Bicentennial Mural.
To address downtown revitalization and reignite community pride through collaboration, we recently granted $5,000 to the Town of Versailles Main Street Program for the commission of a mural to be painted on the Lions Club building. The community is invited to assist in the painting of this mural on July 28 at the Versailles Bicentennial Celebration.
