I have been told by a native English user - and as a non-native in English speaker it's nice to learn how to improve instructions - that our latest newsletter could be read that we have an error we cannot solve - that is definitely not the case - we have an error that's difficult to detect because it is an intermittent error and only occurs on some dealers.
With the help of a club in Sweden, and one in Norway, we have been able to detect possible causes and to test a new firmware version - with success. It will be uploaded now.
We will continue to test in the following days with two more clubs and a social user in US.
Therefore, please update tablet to app version 4.24 and remember to let the tablet update the dealer's firmware (to version 3.04.01).

Please remember to turn the dealer Off and On after the firmware update - and please ensure the dealer has a battery level of more than 20% before updating the firmware.
