The Southern Zone Athletics was held today at Ascot Community School. It was a positively competitive day and we are proud to say our students performed well in their events and represented the school well. Results are yet to be confirmed but a number of our students will be going through to represent the Zone at the Southland Athletics on Saturday 14 November.
Pet Day is ON tomorrow!  Final reminders:
1) Pet Day begins at 11am. Arrival time is flexible up until 10.30am when everyone should be onsite.
2) Children are to bring their Pet Diary with them to school in the morning.
3) Baking is to be delivered to the cafe by 10.30am.
4) If your child/ren are NOT on the bus tomorrow afternoon, please communicate this to the school office.
5) Lastly, bring appropriate clothing in case of temperamental weather. A lot of work goes into our Pet Day preparation from everyone, so let's make a great community day of it!

Thank you.
On Wednesday, Eleanor from VetSouth visited and spoke with each classroom about pet care. It was a good opportunity for our students to ask questions but also be reminded about pet needs and what we can do to make them comfortable during our Pet Day. Thank you Eleanor and VetSouth!
Our School Fun Run is set for Friday 27 November. Keep this day free as we hope to have as many of our school community involved in the fun. Click here to check out a short video about the Fun Run!
Notices will be coming home next week with more information.
Our school uniform has been updated with our new logo! We are stoked with the new look of the bucket hat and t-shirt! The new t-shirt is made from an advanced fabric with a sublimated design that will not crinkle, fade or peel.
Please note: tee's are still to arrive but sun hats are in stock at the office.

You can order yours today via the link below or ringing the school office between 9-1pm.
