The Maryland State Department of Education Division of Early Childhood created a survey, with the help of a work group comprised of family child care representatives, to gauge family child care providers’ interest in the potential development of a Maryland Accreditation program for family child care.
Take the survey online at www.marylandexcels.org/fcc.

For a paper copy of the survey, contact Jasmine Blackwood at 410-767-1664 or jasmine.blackwood@maryland.gov.
