Youth Ambassadors visit the Jurassic Coast
The World Heritage Youth Ambassadors visited the iconic Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site this summer for a fun three days of fossil hunting and World Heritage exploration! They spent 3 days exploring coastal management on a World Heritage Site with the Youth Hostel Association, seeing how erosion of the site actually adds to the outstanding universal value of the site by exposing more fossils. Of course, we all had a lovely day on the beach as well, enjoyed paddling in the sea, playing in the arcades and playing a round of mini golf!! If you would like to join the youth ambassadors, and explore World Heritage, please contact dan.oliver@torfaen.gov.uk.
