The Town of Medfield and Trinity Financial have entered into an agreement which
grants Trinity an exclusive period to conduct additional due diligence activities on the
site. During this time, the Town will further analyze Trinity’s proposal ahead of a
Special Town Meeting in June for the sale of the property.
