Better bins and recycling facilities

Better bins and recycling facilities

We've made good progress upgrading recycling facilities across our apartment blocks. So far we've installed new bin stores and mini-recycling centres at 12 blocks, providing the better facilities that customers have asked for. Customers have told us they're really pleased with the new facilities, with one Ward Councillor commenting on the great improvements and how residents were consulted at every stage.

Mapping the gaps

Mapping the gaps

At Curo we have a detailed map of all our estates and ‘assets’ – such as streetlights, hedges, trees, paths etc. We know there are some gaps between our map and Bath & North East Somerset Council’s and that can lead to confusion around who's responsible for maintenance. We're now working closely with our friends at the council to tackle this.
