Spirituality Discussion: Sunday, May 12th 9:30am-10:30am, Spirit
Spirit: one of those nebulous things which has such power to motivate us to do things, make us feel alive, create enthusiasm for life.
Come join us to discuss how we are spirited, where we find spirit and how we share it.

All are welcome to participate in these monthly, open sessions.  All comments are welcome and opinions are respected.  It is important to formulate one’s own ideas, gain insights from others and participate in dialog to better get to know each other.

A big THANK YOU to the 9-10 folks who participated in last Sunday's grounds work session.  Lots of plants were donated, planted and productive work completed.

Let's have another work session in 3-4 weeks and target the Memory Garden which needs our TLC.   Grounds could use a few bags of mulch if you have some to donate.

Fellowship Contribution Campaign

We Build on Foundations We Did Not Lay

We build on foundations we did not lay

We warm ourselves by fires we did not light

We sit in the shade of trees we did not plant

We drink from wells we did not dig

We profit from persons we did not know

This is as it should be.

Together we are more than any
one person could be.

Together we can build across the generations.

Together we can renew our hope and faith
in the life that is yet to unfold.

Together we can heed the call to
a ministry of care and justice.

We are ever bound in community.

May it always be so.

Rev. Peter Raible (1930-2004)
UU Minister, Seattle, WA
