    • Ms. Palfrey presented to council the Morgantown Public Library System's Annual Report.
  • Gift and Memorial Policy - Joe Morris, Chairperson, Urban Landscape Commission
    • Mr. Morris presented to council proposed updates to the city's Gift and Memorial Policy.
  • School Resource Officer Program - Adam Henkins, Director of Safe Schools, Monongalia County Schools
    • Mr. Henkins presented council with information about the School Resource Officer Program.
  • MUB Discussion of the Raw Water Line Route - Tim Ball, General Manager
    • Mr. Ball presented council with information about the route that MUB has selected for its Raw Water Line through White Park.

  • JoNell Strough expressed her opposition with MUB's selected route of the Raw Water Line through White Park.
  • James Giuliani expressed his concerns about the city and MUB's handling of his properties on Richwood Avenue. 
  • Elizabeth Sneethen expressed her opposition with MUB's selected route of the Raw Water Line through White Park.
  • James Kotcon spoke to council about a new climate action initiative that was being taken up by the Sierra Club.
  • Judy Semler expressed her support for MUB's selected route of the Raw Water Line through White Park.
  • Twila Medding expressed her opposition with MUB's selected route of the Raw Water Line through White Park.
  • Ellen McCabe expressed her support for MUB's selected route of the Raw Water Line through White Park.

  • School Resource Officer Program

  • License Agreement - Terms and Conditions MUB Granted Access to White Park for the Purposes of Establishing a Raw Water Line.
    • This agreement would grant MUB access to land in White Park for the construction of a Raw Water Line.
    • This item was modified and moved to the September 3 City Council Regular Meeting Agenda. At the next meeting, council will voice its support for a specific route which will be included in a future license agreement.
  • July 2019 Monthly General Fund Balance Report and Detailed Budget Report
    • This monthly report to council shows the status (revenue/expenses) of the General Fund and current city budget.
