Fieldside Honey
New for Carlisle this month is Fieldside Honey, you may remember them from the Christmas market. They specialise in old traditional Cumberland farmhouse recipes and started to produce small quantities of speciality honey 16 years ago. Varieties include apple, elderberry and sticky toffee pudding plus of course more traditional blossom, wild flower and bell heather honey.
Their own honey and all the local honey they source is from independent suppliers and local bee keepers. Come and talk bees with them on the 4th May.
