Come and visit us and experience a true taste of Cumbria

So we come to the end of August in a very strange year, I always feel that we are heading into autumn as soon as harvest is done and most of the harvesting is getting underway now. A sunny bank hoilday weekend would make a lot of people happy this weekend, not least the stallholders who have a lot of lovely treats to bring along with the fruits of the season. Hopefully there's still a few more BBQ's and Picnics to be had in the coming weeks.

This month at Brampton, after the success of the last few markets, we are back to full strength including charities, flowers and crafts. It will be lovely to see some familiar faces that have been away too long. Just be aware we are not bringing back give and take at this time, but will keep you posted when this is likely to return.
Carlisle has been slowly building back up again as confidence grows and people return to the city centre. We will have lots of familiar faces and some new ones too. Cumbria Wildlife Trust will be back after the hiatus and it'll be good to know what they have been up to.
