WARWICK BRIDGE CORN MILL
Did you know that Rye is milled at the Corn Mill? Rye is a cereal grain related to wheat traditionally grown in Europe. We also make stoneground wholemeal (Dark) and white (Light) varieties of rye flour and have some great rye breads for sale on Click & Collect, as well as packs of Light and Dark Rye flour. Try our German-style Rustic Rye, Fruit Rye and Caraway Rye loaves as an alternative to 100% wheat based breads. Rye is naturally lower in gluten and contains more fibre and nutrients such as vitamin B.
