Startup Hoyas Med: Startup Design Lab

Come learn what it takes to build out an idea!

StartupHoyas MED presents our first annual Design Lab. This all-day workshop will be led by Mathew Farkash, Founding Partner at Blueprint Health, a digital health accelerator based out of NYC. Participants will learn the process of defining a problem, creating a solution, and evaluating a market opportunity. The day will end with a pitch competition judged by attendees and advisors. Winners of the pitch competition will receive prizes.

No technical/coding skills required to participate.

Feel free to register with a group/pre-formed team (max of 5 people per team), but each member of the team must register separately. There will be a team building activity at the start of the event so that everyone will be part of a 4-5 person team.

Tuesday Chalk Talks With Entrepreneurs-in-Residence
Reminder that Chalks Talks take place every Tuesday* in Hariri 310 to serve as an open forum for students to share their business ideas and get advice from Entrepreneurs-in-Residence. No signs up necessary--just stop by to learn from entrepreneurs and fellow students!   (*Chalk Talk will not be held November 20 due to the holiday week, but will be back November 27.)
