I Belong
Our seniors program where we offered senior newcomers from trauma-ridden regions the opportunity to meet, discuss life experiences, and challenge and enjoy the support of other seniors, is still running every Friday evening at Chandler Moat Community Centre http://muslimsocialserviceskw.org/i-belong/

Our new project Meet Thy Neighbours created a deeper understanding for different cultures and increased the sense of belonging. Ten workshops discussing different cultures were held in forest hill united church and Chandler Moat Community centre.
