Divisional Highlights
ECE Aleph Bais Siyum
The kindergarten students celebrated a big milestone with a grand Aleph Bais Siyum! The children enjoyed watching each other perform on a special video presentation. They sang, danced, and ate, and of course began learning the very first nekuda!  Full Album
KES Tu Bishvat
There were lots of exciting projects and delicious treats in honor of Tu Bishvat in KES on Monday. The KES girls got to make their very own fruit skewers at lunch time, from fruit that was beautifully set up in the lunch room. Many classes made beautiful projects, and the second grade boys made fruit smoothies.  Album
KES Walkathon
This year's walkathon was incredible! In the morning, as the excitement was building, every child got special walkathon sunglasses. First the girls, then the boys, went to Greynolds Park to walk as many laps as they could! Each child wore a 'lap card' around their neck, and teachers standing at the 'checkpoint' signed their card each time they passed. When they got back they enjoyed a delicious barbeque lunch and ices. RMS 7th and 8th Grade Students' Dissection Lab
RMS students dissected cow eyeballs this week! They were able to find the optic nerve, retina, cornea, iris, and lens. They were also able to understand why Hashem made the cornea of the cow's eye so thick. When a cow is grazing, blades of grass may poke the cow's eye— but the thick and strong cornea protects the inner eye. Full Album
DACHS hears from Rabbi Daniel Mechanic
Rabbi Daniel Mechanic, world-renowned lecturer on topics related to kiruv rechokim and kiruv krovim, spoke to our 11th and 12th grades, delivering his famous and powerful presentation about Emunah. The talmidim walked out inspired and empowered in their avodas Hashem.
BMZE Learns with Boys in Grades 3-8 at Pirchei Event
BMZE talmidim prepared and gave shiurim to Elementary and Middle School students who were off this past Friday due to Rabbi Yossi Haber day. The event was run by Pirchei of North Miami Beach and hosted by Shaaray Tefilah. The ultimate lesson everyone walked away with was the importance of not letting a day go by without Torah learning.
