It was with much sadness that we learned of the passing of Laurie Harre on 29 December, 2020
It was Laurie's wish to not have a funeral.
The German Club Cairns will be hosting Pat, family and friends to share an afternoon tea in celebration of Laurie's life.
While Linda might get in trouble with him one day for organising this, it is worth the risk to spend some time together to mark the passing of this remarkable man.
It is planned as an informal event, so friends and acquaintences are all invited to come along and have a bite to eat, and enjoy a drink together. Coffee and tea will be available and drinks will also be available for purchase from the bar.
