"I would like commend the efforts of the WBID Services and Management in helping to keep the North Minneapolis Broadway District clean. I've noticed a tremendous difference in how our streets and business fronts are looking. I also noticed the workers are not rushing and taking their time with the clean up. This will ensure that our small business owners and consumers are safe on Broadway with increased business as summer time is upon us."

First Month of Services Wraps Up
The first month of services for the WBID is in the books, and we couldn't be happier
with our partner Better Futures Enterprises in the work that they are doing within the district. For the month of January, WBID crews have removed 15 large garbage bags worth of litter, and 3 large bags of poster graffiti from along West Broadway. We have already been receiving compliments from businesses and the public about how clean West Broadway is starting to look!
Cleanup crews are scheduled to go through the district twice a week. Look for them on Tuesdays and Fridays during regular business hours and be sure to say hello.
WBID Receives Grant to Install Recycling Receptacles
The West Broadway Business Improvement District was awarded $10,000 by Hennepin County to conduct an artist competition. This competition will call for artists who will be asked to design and fabricate custom recycling bins to be installed through out the district. Look for the Request for Proposals in the coming months.
