• After 75 online classes Moving Qi-gong now Mon-Wed-Fri at 10-10.30 am

• Clissold Park Taiji returns to the park 11 July

• Anticpated start date for ACUPUNCTURE at Breathe Waterloo & Covent Garden - 20 July

These last 15 weeks have been a testament to resilience and adaptability.
In Chinese medicine a time of great change, yin to yang, and in the five phase cycle of seasons an abrupt exit from Winter-Kidney energy to Spring-Wood and now into Summer-Fire.
The external global changes brought about by Covid-19 is internally disrupting our Qi.
To restore and maintain order, balance, routine and health it has been a real insight and joy to teach 75 free online classes via Zoom, to stay connected with a taiji/qigong family across the globe; to introduce my acupuncture patients to Qigong and Taiji; and to meet new students and patients.
I look forward to continuing to work with you via online classes and qi sessions, and from next week taiji in the park, back in the classroom and very soon acupuncture in my clinics at Breathe Waterloo & Covent Garden.
I look forward to seeing you online or in person.
Very best, Laura

In the meantime, I will continue to offer Online Qi Sessions which have been a great way to help patients stay connected and to work with patients to develop their own ways of staying calm and healthy, balancing their qi in the meridians through these times.
