8-week ONLINE courses start 13 &14 May 

• Chen Taiji (Tai Chi) Fundamentals: Wed 4-5pm

• Chen Taiji (Tai Chi) Xinjia: Wed 5-6pm

• Evening Qigong: Thu 5-7pm

​The classes will be delivered as: 
• online group classes using Zoom
• short video demonstrations to practice between classes
• suitable for beginners and improvers




CHEN TAIJI FUNDAMENTALS
Weekly 1-hour online Chen taiji (tai chi) class with Laura Ichajapanich
8-week course
Wednesdays 4-5pm
 ​(£80, conc £60)
Starts 13 May, ends 1 July
For advanced students and beginners.
• Introduction to Zhanzhuang (standing qigong) and Chansigong (silk reeling)
• Learn moves from the Chen 19 form
• Strengthen the body, calm the mind, improve balance & coordination

CHEN TAIJI XINJIA
Weekly 1-hour online Chen taiji (tai chi) class with Laura Ichajapanich
8-week course
Wednesdays 5-6pm
 ​(£80, conc £60)
Starts 13 May, ends 1 July
Only for advanced students who have studied Xinjia.
• Revise and complete Xinjia form
• Students are encouraged to attend Chen fundamentals class (reduced rate applies if attending both classes)
• Strengthen the body, calm the mind, improve balance & coordination

QIGONG
Weekly 2-hour online Qigong class with Laura Ichajapanich
8-week course
Thursdays 5-7pm
 ​(£120, conc £90)
Starts 14 May, ends 2 July
For advanced students and beginners.
• Learn Lung Dao Yin set
• Revise Kidney Dao Yin set (advanced students)
• Develop the body's internal energy, calm the mind, improve balance & coordination
