• Start Chen 19 form from beginning

• Learn Lung/Stomach Dao Yin set
• Revise Kidney Dao  Yin set (advanced)

  • check in to see how you are feeling - physically, mentally and emotionally.
  • a simple, quiet calming qi breathing or qigong exercises to help you feel grounded and balance your energy.
  • find out how to locate acupuncture points on yourself to help with specific symptoms, and learn a simple, self-massage routine.
