Hi <<First Name>>,

Many indigenous cultures believe that the inner and outer worlds are mirrors of each other. We contain an entire world inside of us--all of the elements of nature and energies of the planets and stars.

The more aware we are of these energies, we can access their healing essence. Each part of our body holds different energies. Various cultures have specific maps to navigate their vibrations.

In this week's class, we will move through the energetic places in the body that many practices have in common. We will also discover our own body map.

The frequent locations of these energies are:

The umbilical region houses the spiritual fire.
The soles of the feet are the connection to Mother Earth.
The sun resides on the head.
The hands connect us to taking action.
The third eye - the intersection of the mind-soul.

With Love,
Sylvie and the SDP Team
