Hi <<First Name>>,
In the Northern hemisphere, September accentuates the beginning of autumn, the time of harvest. We feel the shifting imprint of the light reminding us another life cycle is coming to an end, making way for a new one. It is a time for harvesting the abundance of summer, slowing down enough to reap the benefits, build the energy and cultivate preparation for winter.
During this time, we become intimately aware of the cycles of nature and connect with our internal changing seasons.
At Syzygy Dance Project, we continue to dance our monthly Saturday Sweat Your Prayers class through November as we shift our attention to our winter projects.
Before the fall equinox, I take in the vibrant energy of Summer, reflect, and prepare for the last quarter of another year.
As the leaves begin to change color, I am reminded of the many heartwarming moments we have shared this summer—especially the lovely August birthday dance celebration. It was a beautiful evening. I am grateful to all of you who showed up and donated.
Thank you.
We just finished this year’s Outreach Facilitator training. I am happy to have more people as passionate about dance and transforming lives through movement as we are. We can always use more facilitators to help those in their communities move through difficult physical and emotional challenges using dance and music as a guide.
Below are details of a few of our upcoming events this fall and winter. I hope that you will find time to join us as we move together through another season on this earth.
With love,
Sylvie and the SDP Team
