Hi <<First Name>>,
This week we are experiencing the effects of the last full moon of the season.
Native American cultures have different names and interpretations for March's full "Worm Moon." The Cherokee call it the Windy Moon, the Lakota call it the Moon When Eyes Are Sore from Bright Snow, and the Hopi call it the Moon of the Whistling Wind.
Much is brewing under this Virgo Full Moon; anything is possible, so allow yourself to manifest your dreams.
Virgo's energy is associated with the earth element, which reminds us of the importance of staying connected to nature for our physical and emotional well-being and the union between our body, mind, and spirit.
During this time, some may feel a sense of renewal or rebirth as they witness the changing season and the emergence of new life. Others may feel a sense of nostalgia or introspection as they reflect on the cyclical nature of the natural world.
Join us this Saturday as we dance to honor the past, embrace the present, and look forward to the future.
To celebrate the Equinox and the changing seasons, we will hold a pop-up 5Rgythms dance on March 20th. To register, see below.
With love,
